Start with the fire. Pecan wood, over 1,000°F, no gas. Add beef that was raised down the road, a demi-glace we make from scratch, and fries cut by hand that morning. Steak frites, 32 dollars, and the reason half the room ordered it.
Pecan wood, open flame
Most places grill with gas or electric heat. At Eddyline we do things differently. Our pecan wood-fired grill burns at over 1,000°F, giving our steaks, seafood, and chops a signature smoky crust and rich depth of flavor. Taste the difference only true open-flame cooking can create.

Twelve Eddyline beers on tap. Cocktails on Deerhammer whiskey distilled a few blocks away. Mocktails poured with the same care.
